Do I need to request an appointment?Yes, we are by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Each customer has our undivided attention to make the process as stress-free as possible & to best protect our inventory for our customers who make off-the-rack purchases. We require private appointments to try on wedding gowns, mothers, & accessories.

Do you charge a fee for appointments?Given the one-on-one nature of our environment & our commitment to maintaining the quality of our gowns, we do charge an appointment fee ($25) for our 2 hour Bridal Appointments & a cancellation fee ($25) for our 1.5 hour Mother Appointments. Our appointments are reserved for those ready to get serious about finding their dress! Want to just look around? No worries! All of our gowns are available to browse online anytime. What is the price range of your wedding gowns?Under the Arbor carries wedding gowns in the price range of $1,000 – $3,000, with the majority of our collection falling between $1400-$1800. Please feel free to browse our collection online as it's updated frequently.

What is the price range of your mothers' gowns?Under the Arbor carries mothers dresses in the price range of $300 – $900, with the majority of our collection falling between $350-$600. Please feel free to browse our collection online as it's updated frequently.

How far in advance should I place my order?Of all the things to stress about, we don't want this to be one of them. For a stress-free timeline, we encourage you to book your appointment & place your order 9 to 12 months prior to the wedding. All made-to-order dresses can take up to 5 to 7 months to produce, plus 2 to 3 months for alterations. We do have limited inventory to accommodate shorter timelines, but please consult with your stylist.

What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?No worries! We are happy to rebook your appointment at a time that works better for you. If you have to cancel within 24 hours, you will still be charged the appointment fee. As we do have a small staff & limited availability, our standard 24 hour cancellation allows for us to plan & to make sure most urgent customers have availability as needed.
